Application Request Form

The admissions application for the 2027-28 school year is now available. We look forward to learning more about your family and introducing you to the Bank Street School for Children community.

• Application deadline: December 1
• Application fee: $75, due upon submission of the application
• Birthdate cutoff: September 1. The student’s age must match their grade level by September 1 of their entering year. For example, children entering kindergarten (5/6s) in 2027 must be 5 years old by September 1, 2027.
