Traci Pearl (she/her) has worked in the field of education for 28 years and has taught grades PreK to 8 at a variety of schools both in the United States and internationally. Before returning to Bank Street School for Children in 2025, Traci spent the seven years working at Riverdale Country School, first as a fifth grade classroom teacher and then as the Science Coordinator for the Lower School. Prior to her time at Riverdale, Traci worked at the School for Children for eleven years, teaching math/science in the 11/12s, 13/14s, and 9/10s. She feels that joy and wonder are essential components to math and science education and looks forward to sharing this with her students. Traci loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and gardening. She also loves reading, doing puzzles, playing board games, cooking, and spending time with her family.
