Niki (She/Her/Hers) joined the School for Children faculty in 2015. Niki has visited more than 150 schools on four continents! About Bank Street, Niki says, “Getting to be with young people and watching them think, learn and play makes me happy to come to work.”
Niki identifies as an Indian cis woman. As a not-so-new immigrant, a member of a biracial family, and a resident of New York City (Washington Heights), she is deeply engaged in thinking about issues of equity and identity and she always looks forward to connecting with others in the Bank Street community around these issues.
