Arkie Maleek Rhames

Arkie Maleek Rhames is a chef in the Bank Street Kitchen. A seasoned chef that has worked in many corporate kitchens, including LinkedIn and Citigroup, Arkie joined Bank Street in October 2021 as a temporary cook and was hired by Bank Street in July 2022. Arkie brings with him plenty of learned experience and a range of culinary skills. He is deeply skilled in his technique and in creating innovative recipes, such as his delicious creamy vegan alfredo sauce made with coconut milk that is completely dairy-free, along with many new menu items. He is a master chess player and enjoys finding new chess opponents.
