Allison Draizin has been teaching Spanish at the School for Children since 2012. Prior to Bank Street, Allison taught grades K-12 Spanish, ESL in Spain, and an evidence-based SEL program to children and families in the five boroughs. About Bank Street, Allison says, “As a parent and teacher at Bank Street, I appreciate how our children are raised to care deeply about race, justice, and advocacy. I feel grateful for the opportunity to infuse teaching language and culture with becoming a global citizen.”
