Join us for a discussion and book signing with Tovah Klein, the author of Raising Resilience: How to Help Our Children Thrive in Times of Uncertainty and How Toddlers Thrive: What Parents Can Do Today for Children Ages 2-5 to Plant the Seeds of Lifelong Success, as she shares valuable insights from her “Parenting During Covid” study on how families experienced the pandemic. Dr. Klein will discuss simple, science-backed strategies for navigating everyday parenting hurdles and the bigger disruptions that life can throw our way, all to help build resilience in children from early childhood through adolescence.
About Tovah Klein:
Dr. Tovah Klein is the director of the Barnard College Center for Toddler Development and a psychology professor at Barnard College, Columbia University. With over 30 years of experience, her work has supported thousands of families in understanding the importance of play, handling work-family challenges, guiding emotional development, and navigating tough times.
