Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why are we only doing 4 weeks of Summer@Home?

We are considering extending our options beyond July 15 but this will be based on demand and we will know more in the coming weeks.

  • How do I login to my account?

Our online registration system is Campium. Once you register, you can log back in and access your account.

  • How do I access the virtual platform for my child?

Your Campium portal has a calendar function that has links for your child’s activities.

  • What is the difference between on-screen and screen-on?

On-screen time is when counselors direct the activity and participants can watch them. Screen-on time is when counselors are prompting, observing, and commenting on participant work.

  • Do you have Financial Aid?

We have reduced the cost of our summer programs dramatically and are unable to offer financial aid or discounts at this time.

  • What is your refund policy?

This summer we are not able to offer refunds as the plans, staffing, and schedule are final. The range of scheduling options should offer families all the flexibility families need.
