Giving

The School for Children is grateful for your support of our students, faculty and staff, and school community. Since its inception, the School for Children has been dedicated to providing children with meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Today, our mission is more critical than ever before.

With your generosity, the School for Children is poised to innovate and adapt to whatever challenges arise in our ever-changing world. Your gifts directly support our commitment to empowering students to become lifelong learners. No matter the size, a gift will make both an immediate and long-lasting impact on the student experience at Bank Street. All gifts to the School for Children are acknowledged in the Annual Report by giving level.

We thank you for your continued support!

1916 Giving Society

The 1916 Giving Society recognizes donors of every constituency—parents, alumni, faculty and staff, and friends—who make annual gifts of $1,916 or more. Named in honor of Bank Street’s founding year, your contribution plays an essential role in sustaining our mission as articulated by Bank Street founder Lucy Sprague Mitchell: “to build a better society through education.”
